Easy and simple way to detoxify your body from within


I’ve always run away from drinking water. I know it may sound weird but it’s true. It took me a lot of self convincing to drink water regularly. I barely felt thirsty to be honest. The most important ingredient is water we all know !! We also know that water is good for weight loss too. Keeping hydrated boosts metabolism, aids in digestion, helps fill you up.  (Not to forget drinking water is great for skin too). But lately I always have a water bottle kept on my bedside and apart from water I have been loving detox water mixtures that detoxify your body from within

They just give such a yummy hint of flavour to water that you just want to keep drinking it. Here are a few ingredients that can be used.

▪️Lime & Lemon: These citrus juices help digestion and relieve bloating!  (They have qualities similar to our own digestive enzymes).

▪️Ginger: Ginger naturally calms the belly!  The benefits of ginger are endless!  It has anti-inflammatory  properties, can help with fat burning and even boosts your immune system!

▪️Oranges: Of course oranges contain Vitamin C but that’s not all, the carotenoids and flavonoids in oranges help eliminate toxins and stimulate the immune system.

▪️Mint:  Mint stimulates the digestive enzymes, soothes the belly and aids in digestion (and adds a great flavor!)

▪️Cucumber:  Cucumbers contain lots of vitamin A (antioxidants), C and the B vitamins.  They are known for flushing out toxins!
